[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 3890P Imaginatik PLC 01 October 2013 \n \n\n \n \n \nImaginatik plc\n(\"Imaginatik\" or the \"Company\")\n \nTransaction in Own Shares/ Director's Dealing\n \nImaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK), the world's first full service innovation provider offering a range of technology products and consultancy, announces that on 30 September 2013, the Company sold 54,053,815 ordinary shares of 0.0625 pence in the share capital of Imaginatik (\"Ordinary Shares\") and Matt Cooper sold 10,385,998 Ordinary Shares, both at a price of 0.07 pence per Ordinary Share (together, \"the Sale Shares\"). \n \nThe Sale Shares were held on trust by Simon Charles, Non Executive Director, for the benefit of the Company and Mr Cooper as a result of full and final settlement for the costs and damages owed by Mark Turrell (the former CEO of Imaginatik) to the Company and Mr Cooper, as announced on 2 October 2012.\nFollowing these transactions, Simon Charles no longer holds any Ordinary Shares on trust for either the Company or Mr Cooper. Mr Cooper now holds 160,131,615 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of Imaginatik.
