[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 6065O Imaginatik PLC 23 September 2013 \n\n \n23 September 2013\n \nImaginatik Plc\n(\"Imaginatik\" or the \"Company\")\n \nContract Win with Shell\nShell launches competition to develop and share ideas around People and Planet\n \nImaginatik (AIM: IMTK.L), the world's first full service innovation provider, today announced that it has signed a three year global innovation-solutions contract with Shell, the global energy and petrochemicals company. \n \nUnder the agreement, Imaginatik will provide an integrated Innovation solution, working together with Shell's leadership to build an ongoing innovation challenge platform for the Shell Ideas 360 Graduate programme. The programme will support competitions to develop and share ideas, aiming to create innovative, practical, and potentially game-changing solutions in energy.\n \nThe first innovation ideas challenge will be on the theme of People & Planet, seeking fresh ideas that will make a positive contribution to both the communities in which Shell operates as well as focus on the environment. \n \nThe Company is also in discussions in relation to a number of other significant contracts, though there can be no certainty as to the quantum and timing of these contracts.
