This is a senior\nmanagement appointment rather than Board position.\n\nReporting to the Board of Imaginatik, Geoff, aged 45, brings a high level of\nbusiness development expertise and industry contacts following 12 years in the\nconsultancy and technology industries. His previous appointments include partner\nfor the public sector at IBM Business Consulting Services, as well as senior\npositions at Compaq Computers, Hedra plc and Ernst & Young.\n\nThe appointment follows Imaginatik's successful flotation in December last year,\nwhere the Company raised £1.5m net of expenses to fund its expansion into\ndeveloping markets, including the UK and Europe. The Company has an established\nclient base in the US, ranging across a number of industry sectors, and is\nseeing significant growth in its business.
