He has subsequently conducted an assessment of the business focussing on the long-term business objectives and its governance requirements. Mr Ganyushin's knowledge, skills and experience identify him as an excellent candidate to lead the business through its next stage of growth. He will provide leadership, support, and strategic guidance during a period of significant change for the business.\n \n \n His two-decade career comprises a range of increasingly senior investment and capital markets roles across the US, UK, continental Europe and emerging markets.
