Upon the publication of this Announcement, this inside information is now considered to be in the public domain.\n22 March 2019\nSupermarket Income REIT plc \n(the \"Company\") \nLEI: 2138007FOINJKAM7L537\nResults of Issue\nThe Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that it has successfully raised £45 million in an oversubscribed issue by way of a Placing and Offer for Subscription of 44,554,455 New Ordinary Shares at 101.0 pence per New Ordinary Share. \n \nAs applications for New Ordinary Shares exceeded 44,554,455, a scaling back exercise has taken place. Of the 44,554,455 New Ordinary Shares to be issued, 42,266,176 New Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to the Placing and 2,288,279 New Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to the Offer for Subscription. \n \nApplication has been made for all of the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities (\"Admission\").
