Upon the publication of this Announcement, this inside information is now considered to be in the public domain.\n \n \n \n \n \n 1 October 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n SUPERMARKET INCOME REIT PLC \n \n \n (the \"Company\")\n \n \n Publication of Prospectus \n \n \n Further to its announcement yesterday, the Board announces the publication of a prospectus approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (the \"Prospectus\") containing the full details of the proposed issue of New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Initial Issue and the Placing Programme.\n \n \n The Prospectus is expected to be posted to Shareholders later today. The Notice of General Meeting set out in the Appendix to the Prospectus convenes a General Meeting at which Resolutions will be proposed to grant the Directors authority to disapply pre-emption rights and allot New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Initial Issue and the Placing Programme.
