[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 4750I\n Supermarket Income REIT PLC\n 12 August 2021\n \n \n \n \n SUPERMARKET INCOME REIT PLC\n \n \n (the \"Company\")\n \n LEI: 2138007FOINJKAM7L537\n \n Additional ADMIssion\n \n \n \n Supermarket Income REIT plc (LSE: SUPR), the real estate investment trust providing secure, inflation-protected, long income from grocery property in the UK, announces that is has made an application for 300,468 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities. It is expected that these New Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading on or around 20 August 2021.\n \n \n The application is being made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash for the interim dividend for the period from 1 April 2021 to 30 June 2021. Elections for a scrip dividend were received in respect of 3.1% of the Ordinary Shares in issue as at the record date of 16 July 2021. When issued, these New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.\n \n \n Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 811,020,636 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each. With effect from 20 August 2021, the total number of issued shares with voting rights will be 811,020,636.\n \n \n The above figure of \n 811,020,636 \n may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or of a change to their interest in, Supermarket Income REIT plc under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.\n \n \n Further information regarding the scrip dividend alternative offered in respect of the Interim Dividend and the Scrip Dividend Scheme can be found in the Scrip Dividend Circular (the \"Scrip Circular\") available on the Company's website to view and/or download at www.supermarketincomereit.com/dividend-information\n .
