Superior Plus Signs Long-Term Natural Gas Supply Agreement

[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nTSX:SPF.UN\n\n\nCALGARY, Jan. 7 /CNW/ - Superior Plus Income Fund (the "Fund") announced\ntoday that its wholly owned indirect subsidiary Superior Energy Management Gas\nLP ("SEM") has entered into a long-term natural gas supply agreement with\nConstellation Energy Commodities Group, Inc. ("Constellation"), a major North\nAmerican energy provider.\n\n\nUnder the terms of the agreement, Constellation will supply natural gas\nto support SEM's fixed-priced natural gas marketing business. The deal is\nstructured with an initial term of five years and may renew annually\nthereafter. During the term of the agreement, SEM will purchase natural gas\nfrom Constellation for customer contracts of terms up to five years.\n\n\nGrant Billing, CEO Superior Plus stated: "We are very pleased to have\nentered into this arrangement which will provide the Fund with dependable,\nlong-term fixed-price natural gas supply for Superior Energy Management. The\nagreement with Constellation provides increased physical and financial\ncapacity for our energy marketing services business.
