The record date is November 30, 2008 and the\nex-distribution date will be November 26, 2008. The Fund's annualized cash\ndistribution rate is $1.62 per trust unit.\n\n\nFor tax purposes, the distributions are expected to substantially be\ntaxable as "other income" to Unitholders.
