A conference call and webcast for investors, analysts, brokers and media\nrepresentatives to discuss the 2007 second quarter results is scheduled for\n9:30 am EST (7:30 am MST) on Thursday August 9, 2007. Internet users can listen to the call live, or as an archived call, on\nSuperior's website at: www.superiorplus.com under the Events and Presentations\nsection.\n\n\nDRIP\n\n\n----\n\n\nThe Fund has a Distribution Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") available to its\nUnitholders. The DRIP allows participants to have their monthly cash\ndistributions reinvested in additional units of the Fund at an effective\ndiscount of 5% to the Fund's market price. The DRIP program offers Unitholders\nthe opportunity to steadily increase their ownership in the Fund without\ncommissions or brokerage fees. Further information on the DRIP is posted on\nthe Fund's website.
