The record date is May 31, 2008 and the ex-distribution date\nwill be May 28, 2008. The Fund's annualized cash distribution rate is $1.62\nper trust unit.\n\n\nFor tax purposes, the distributions are expected to substantially be\ntaxable as "other income" to Unitholders.
