The record date is April 30, 2008 and the ex-distribution date\nwill be April 28, 2008. The Fund's annualized cash distribution rate is\nexpected to be $1.62 per trust unit.\n\n\nFor tax purposes, the distributions are expected to substantially be\ntaxable as "other income" to Unitholders.
