(\"Superior\") today announced its cash dividend for the month of October 2009 of $0.135 per share payable on November 13, 2009. The record date is October 31, 2009 and the ex-dividend date will be October 28, 2009. The Corporation's annualized cash dividend rate is $1.62 per share. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.Closing of Common Share Financing Over-Allotment Option-------------------------------------------------------Superior has closed on the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters (the \"Over-Allotment Option\") in connection with Superior's offering of 3,970,000 common shares for gross proceeds of approximately $45.1 million which was completed on September 23, 2009.
