The record date is April 30, 2009 and the ex-dividend\ndate will be April 28, 2009. The Corporation's annualized cash dividend rate\nis $1.62 per share. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income\ntax purposes.\n\n\nUpcoming Release of 2009 First Quarter Results and Conference Call\n------------------------------------------------------------------\n\n\nThe Corporation expects to release its 2009 first quarter results on\nWednesday, May 6, 2009.
