(\"the Company\" SPR-TSX.V) is pleased to announce that drilling continues on its Ample-Goldmax property, near Lillooet, British Columbia. A total of seven drill holes have been completed on the property this fall, with a total of 438m drilled.\n\nOf particular interest, in the drilling to date, is drill hole AG-08-38, which encountered 6.05m of strongly quartz-veined greenstone and graphite phyllite from 30.12m to 36.17m, accompanied by arsenopyrite, pyrite, and pyrrhotite. Visible gold is present at two locations within this zone.\n\nGold-bearing quartz-carbonate veins with associated arsenopyrite, pyrite, and pyrrhotite are widespread on the Ample-Goldmax property, with past drilling encountering intercepts as much as 8.2m grading 11.79g/t Au. The geologic setting of mineralized greenstones and phyllites along a major, regional fault zone and the quartz-carbonate-arsenopyrite-gold association make the Ample-Goldmax a prime target area for Mother Lode-type gold deposits.\n\nPlease refer to the news release dated September 15, 2008 for details of hole #AG-08-36 and -37.\n\nAssays are pending on the mineralized zones from these two drill holes. Drill core samples are being assayed at Acme Analytical Laboratories in Vancouver. Drilling is proceeding on the Ample-Goldmax property, with an additional 2 to 4 diamond drill holes anticipated. Mr. Mitchell visited the Ample-Goldmax property on September 13, 2008 and also viewed the core from drill hole AG-08-36 and drill hole AG-08-37.
