SUPREME RESOURCES LTD. (the "Company") is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement dated February 17, 2010 to purchase three mining claims encompassing 175.96 hectares located in the Similkameen Mining Division of British Columbia, approximately 9 km east of Princeton, British Columbia. The transaction is at arm's length.
The Company has agreed to issue 50,000 common shares in consideration for 100% of the mining claims. There is no royalty payable. The acquisition is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
