(\"the Company\" SPR-TSX.V) is pleased to announce that drilling is scheduled to commence on the Ample-Goldmax Property the week of July 28th, 2008.\n\nDiamond drilling plans include several drill holes to better characterize near-surface mineralization in the target zone. Work is to include improvement on a 2km access road near Highway 99, as well as diamond drilling, core sampling, and geochemical analysis. All applications and permits have been approved.\n\nThe 2008 exploration program is intended to follow the initial phase recommendations in the July 2007 National Instrument 43-101 compliant report, written by qualified person Dr. J.S. Getsinger, P.Geo. The report summarizes historical gold mining production and previous geological and geochemical exploration of the property.\n\nThe Ample-Goldmax Gold Property consists of 27 claims in a block of 5,887 hectares straddling Cayoosh Creek and the Duffey Lake Road (Hwy 99) about 8km west of Lillooet, on NTS map 92J09E or 92J070, centered at approximately 50°39' N. Latitude, 122°04' W. Longitude. It hosts a number of mineralized zones, many displaying visible free gold and abundant sulphide lenses, along a strike length of showings (more than 1km) as reported by earlier workers. Gold grades range from trace to more than 2oz/ton (66.34g/t) gold in quartz veins; and prior drilling results by Homestake and Gold Ore include an 8.2m intersection with 11.76g/t gold, as well as 4.5g/t Au over 7.2m, 9.5g/t Au over 1.5m, and 3.9g/t Au over 5.0m. Soil sampling anomalies in the area slated for drilling show clusters of gold values over 300 ppb. Further phases of exploration are contingent on favourable results from the upcoming field program.\n\nThe Ample-Goldmax Property, hosted in metasedimentary rocks of the eastern coast ranges, was not only the source for rich placer gold taken from Cayoosh Creek in the gold rush of the 1880's, but also completely surrounds one past producer (Golden Cache Mine, 2,722 tonnes of ore reportedly yielded 25,100 grams of gold and minor silver, and includes another past producer, Ample Mine), both mining free gold bearing quartz veins and metasedimentary ore in the late 1800's to early 1900's.\n\nExpenditures for the Ample-Goldmax gold p...
