[{"type":"text","content":"Ample-Goldmax Drilling Update\n\n(via Thenewswire.ca)\nSeptember 15 2008 - Supreme Resources Ltd. (\"the Company\"SPR-TSX.V) is pleased to announce that drilling continues on its Ample-Goldmax property, near Lillooet, British Columbia. In recent years, the Ample-Goldmax property, which encompasses more than 60km2, has been the focus of exploration activities for gold deposits by Gold-Ore Resources Ltd. and by Homestake Canada Inc. As of September 1, 2008, Supreme Resources has completed two diamond drill holes on the Ample-Goldmax property:\n\nDrill hole AG-08-36 was drilled vertically to a depth of 102.74m (337ft) and encountered numerous zones of quartz veining & pervasive silicification in graphitic phyllites and greenstones in & adjacent to a regionally prominent thrust fault.\n\nDrill hole AG-08-37 was drilled at a -55 degree angle toward the N70W (Azimuth 290) to a total depth of 93.60m (307ft) and encountered 2 significant thicknesses of quartz veining and silicification: an upper zone from 40.60m to 47.26m (a length of 6 66m or 21.8ft) of strongly silicified graphitic phyllite with disseminations of pyrite, pyrrhotite, and chalcopyrite, and a second mineralized zone was encountered from 59.82m to 84.65m (a length of 24.83m or 81.4ft), which consists of strongly silicified graphitic phyllite and strong quartz vein development. The quartz veining and silicification is accompanied by widespread arsenopyrite, pyrrhotjte, and chalcopyritehe. True widths of these quartz vein and silicified zones have not yet been determined.\n\nAssays are pending on the mineralized zones from these two drill holes. Drill core samples are being assayed at Acme Analytical Laboratories in Vancouver. Drilling is proceeding on the Ample-Goldmax property, with an additional 2 to 4 diamond drill holes anticipated. A quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) program is in place. The Qualified Person for this news release is Mr. Marvin A. Mitchell, P.Eng. Mr. Mitchell visited the Ample-Goldmax property on September 13, 2008 and also viewed the core from drill hole AG-08-36 and drill hole AG-08-37. Visible gold was noted in drill Hole AG-08-37 at 63.11m (207ft).\n\nExpenditures for the Ample-Goldmax gold project are partially funded through a private placement by Mineral Fields Group (a division of Pathway Asset Management) a Toronto-based m...
