The company is currently working with its team of auditors and appraisers to determine the fair market value and the impact to the balance sheet that will be reflected in the company’s March 31, 2012 filings.CEO Alan L. Speck stated, “We are very pleased with the successful completion of the acquisition of HAF and its impressive asset growth in Q1.
