Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), the Company announces the following:

As at 30 September 2025 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 7,812,401,836 ordinary shares of 0.001p each with voting rights. There are no shares currently held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 7,812,401,836 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
