[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 1145R Sunrise Diamonds PLC 24 April 2009 \n \nSunrise Diamonds plc\n('Sunrise' or the 'Company')\n\n24 April 2009\n\nNordic agreement concluded\n\nSunrise is pleased to announce that the agreement reached with Nordic Diamonds Ltd ('Nordic') to acquire 100% ownership of Nordic's Kaavi-Kuopio claims in Finland, announced on 27 January 2009, has been concluded. Sunrise has issued 100,000 Sunrise shares to Nordic in consideration for the 14 claims subject to the agreement and the transfer of the claims has been registered. Sunrise has also granted to Nordic a 1% Gross Overriding Royalty on production of diamonds from the claims.\n\nApplication for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM will be made and trading is expected to commence on Thursday 30 April 2009.
