[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0967G Sunrise Resources Plc 01 November 2018 \n\n \nSUNRISE RESOURCES PLC\n(\"Sunrise\" or the \"Company\")\n1 November 2018\nNominated Adviser Status\nThe directors of Sunrise Resources are aware of the proposed merger of its current nominated adviser (\"Nomad\"), Northland Capital Partners Limited (\"Northland\") with SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP (\"SP Angel\"). The directors have also been informed that Northland has voluntarily agreed to relinquish its Nomad status and will be removed from the register of Nomads with effect from 7am on 1 February 2019.\nIn accordance with AIM Rule 1, if the Company fails to appoint a new Nomad by 1 February 2019 the Exchange will suspend trading in the Company's AIM Securities. If the Company has failed to appoint a replacement nominated adviser by 4 March 2019 the admission of its AIM Securities will be cancelled. \nThe Company's board has already initiated talks with a number of parties to appoint a new Nomad and is confident that a suitable replacement will be appointed by the required date.
