The issue included the following Directors:\n\nP.Cheetham : 2,000,000\nF.Johnstone : 1,000,000\nN.Herbert : 1,000,000\n\nEach warrant is convertible to one new ordinary share at the price of 0.85 pence per share (the closing mid-market price on 7 December 2009) at any time within 4 years from 7 December 2010.\n\nAs a result of this issue of warrants the total number of warrants currently held by each Director is as follows:\n\nP.
