[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 2202A Sunrise Resources Plc 22 December 2017 \n\nSUNRISE RESOURCES PLC\n(\"Sunrise\" or \"the Company\")\n \n \n22 December 2017\n \nDRILL CONTRACT SIGNED FOR DRILLSTART 3 JANUARY 2018\nCS POZZOLAN-PERLITE PROJECT, NEVADA \n \nFurther to the Company's announcement dated 11 December 2017, Sunrise Resources plc, the AIM-traded company focusing on the development of its CS Pozzolan-Perlite Project in Nevada, USA, is pleased to advise that its Phase 2 drill programme will start on 3 January 2018. \n \nA drill contract has been signed for up to 3,000ft of drilling at up to 22 different drill sites with the objective to define permitting boundaries for one or more open-pit mine sites for production of perlite and pozzolan. The drill programme will include the Tuff and Main Zones and is estimated to take up to 5 weeks to complete.\n \nCS Project natural pozzolans are glassy volcanic rocks, including perlite, having potential as a \"green\" replacement for Portland cement in cement mixes and concrete mixes.
