The Company will announce posting of its results which will be published on the Company's website along with the Notice of the AGM in due course.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Operational Highlights for 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n ·\n Focus continues on development of the fully mine permitted CS natural pozzolan and perlite deposit in Nevada.\n \n \n \n \n \n ·\n New developments during the year at the Hazen pozzolan and Pioche sepiolite project as Company's business evolves in the industrial minerals sector in Nevada.\n \n \n \n \n \n ·\n The depth of the Company's project portfolio of industrial mineral and precious metal projects underlined this year with agreements signed with major companies at our Pioche and Jackson's Wash projects.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n CS Pozzolan-Perlite Project, Nevada, USA\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Pozzolan\n \n \n \n \n \n \n ·\n Discussions held with multiple parties aimed at joint development, custom testwork programmes completed by interested parties.\n \n \n \n \n \n ·\n Board is working on strategies to maximise the value of the project and to demonstrate this value to our shareholders.\n \n \n \n \n \n ·\n CS Natural Pozzolan has now been conditionally approved by the California Department of Transport (\"Caltrans\") for use in California State infrastructure projects, having successfully passed compliance testing.\n \n \n \n \n \n ·\n Industry feedback continues to highlight the use of natural pozzolan in key strategies being employed in the cement and concrete industries towards net-zero CO2 emissions.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Perlite\n \n \n \n \n \n \n ·\n Customer testing continues including, most recently, by one of the country's largest consumers of raw perlite.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Hazen Pozzolan Project, Nevada, USA\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n ·\n Targeting distinct regional markets in northern Cali...
