(\"Sunniva\", the \"Company\") (CSE: SNN) (OTCQB: SNNVF), has become aware that it has been named in a lawsuit (the \"Lawsuit\"), commenced in connection with amounts payable to IMK Management Services Inc. (the \"Plaintiff\") under a Finder's Fee Agreement (the \"Agreement\") dated January 28, 2019 with respect to the sale of Natural Health Services (\"NHS\"). The sale of NHS was completed on December 18, 2019. A notice of civil claim was filed in the Supreme Court of British Columbia on December 30, 2019 in respect of the Lawsuit. The Plaintiff is seeking judgement for an alleged amount due under the Agreement of CA $472,500.
