[{"type":"text","content":"\n Gold Oil PLC\n09 October 2006\n\n\nFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 9th October 2006\n\n\n Gold Oil plc\n\n Issue of Warrants to Directors and Staff\n\n Directors' Dealings\n\nGold Oil Plc ('The Company') announces the issue to its Directors and staff\ntwenty two (22) million warrants to purchase 0.025p Ordinary Shares of the\nCompany.\n\nThe warrants are distributed as follows:\n\n +-------------------------+------------+\n |Michael Norman Burchell | 5,400,000|\n +-------------------------+------------+\n |John Gary Moore | 10,000,000|\n +-------------------------+------------+\n |Staff | 6,600,000|\n +-------------------------+------------+\n\nThe warrants are open to exercise on or before 6th October 2009 at a\nsubscription price of 9.00p per share.
