Variation of Cease Trade Order

GreenLink International Inc.
(formerly E-Debit Global Corporation)

Sections 164 and 171 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418

¶ 1 On April 10, 2014, the Executive Director ordered, under section 164(1) of the Act, that all trading in the securities of E-Debit Global Corporation cease until it files the required record and the Executive Director revokes the cease trade order.

¶ 2 Effective July 25, 2018, E-Debit Global Corporation changed its name to GreenLink International Inc.

¶ 3 GreenLink International Inc. has not filed the required record and the Executive Director has not made an order under section 164 of the Act revoking the cease trade order.

¶ 4 Under section 171 of the Act, the Executive Director varies the order to reflect the change of name from E-Debit Global Corporation to GreenLink International Inc.
