"We remain pleased with our recent success in developing new restaurant concepts, while increasing our dividends and focusing on shareholder returns and equity," says Vaughan Dugan, CEO of PF Hospitality Group. "Our hospitality business is a key element of our long term growth plan. Relying on the success we experienced with the Pizza Fusion growth model, we are equally excited about the opportunities ahead for this area of our business."
"We are thrilled to be partnering with PF Hospitality Group in bringing the Shaker & Pie concept to market," says Scott Frielich, Vice President of Sub-Culture. "Joining forces allows us to expand and refine our process as operators while leaning on the strength and collective experience of the leadership team, to continue to provide exceptional restaurant industry experiences to our guests, employees and investors."
With more than 75 years combined experience within the hospitality, restaurant and nightclub space, and with 15 locations throughout South Florida, the executive leadership of Sub-Culture (http://sub-culture.org/the-group/) provides a high level of food & beverage operations experience to the Shaker & Pie™ project. Past successes of this restaurant group collaboration include Dubliner, Dada, and Kapow Noodle Bar: the group's more recent venture, which boasts some of the highest per-square-foot annual revenue in the industry.
Shaker & Pie is slated to launch in Q2 2016 in popular lifestyle center, Mizner Park, located in Boca Raton, Florida. Shaker & Pie will offer wood-fired oven pizzas, hearty Italian street food, carefully crafted cocktails in a 4,000 sq. foot eatery where the chefs will be taking cues from Italian bistros around the globe and using them for inspiration in their own custom creations.
