Eurasian Patent Granted

The board of the directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce that SulNOx has now secured the Eurasian patent, similar to the US and European patents, granted earlier this year, in that it covers a range of formulation versions which includes both the Berol® 6446 Heavy Fuel Oils (HFO) emulsifiers and SulNOxEco™ Fuel Conditioners which enhance all diesel, petrol/gasoline and biofuels, Very and Ultra Low Sulphur Fuel Oils (VLSFO/ULSFO) and other lighter marine fuels (the "Patent").   The Patent encompasses the jurisdictions of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan.

Radu Florescu, SulNOx Chairman commented, "With each new country and region accepting the uniqueness of the SulNOx chemistry we are further proving the value of our products at a time when the world is demanding immediate solutions to reducing emissions but finding them hard to achieve, and even overhauling net-zero policies as shown by the UK pushing the ban on the sale of new petrol and diesel cars back to 2035.

The Eurasian patent is important given SulNOx already has business with Caspian Marine Services and dialogue with others in Azerbaijan, and with Kazakhstan's State Oil company, KMG International, through Rompetrol, who will shortly begin significant trials."
