[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\nTORONTO, April 20 /CNW/ - The common shares of Resilient Resources Ltd.\n(Symbol: RRL) will be suspended and halted at the close of business on\nApril 20, 2006 and will be delisted at the close of business on May 22, 2006\nfor failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX. As announced in\nthe Company's news release issued on April 13, 2006, the Company has entered\ninto a transaction to amalgamate with Guardian Exploration Inc. (the\n\"Amalgamated Company\"). TSX has been advised that the Amalgamated Company has\nbeen granted conditional approval to list its common shares on TSX Venture\nExchange. If the Amalgamated Company is able to meet all the conditions\nrequired by that conditional approval TSX Venture Exchange will issue a\nbulletin announcing the expected start date of trading in the Amalgamated\nCompany's common shares.\n\n\n\n","length":925,"tagName":"div"}]
