"Resilient Resources Commences Two Well Exploration Program"

CALGARY, Sept. 6 /CNW/ - Resilient Resources Ltd. ("Resilient" or "The
Company) (TSX: RRL) is pleased to announce that on September 1, 2005 the
Company commenced operations to drill two exploration wells on its 100,000
acre block located on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation in the State of
Montana. The Spring Creek Moulton No. 3 is the first of two exploration wells
to be drilled and it is anticipated the well will require approximately
14 days to drill to a depth of 1265 meters (4150 ft). Prospective zones
include the Cretaceous Bow Island, Glauconite, Sunburst and Cutbank Sands as
well as the Mississippian Madison Carbonate. Given success in any of these
prospective formations, the Company could have the potential for multiple
"follow-up" locations across its large land block.
A second test well, the Moulton No. 4, will follow the drilling of the
Moulton No. 3 pending receipt of final regulatory approvals and will evaluate
similar formations to an approximate depth of 1250 meters.
Wolverton Securities Ltd., the lead agent on a $2,000,000 equity
financing, has advised the closing is expected to take place on or about
September 9, 2005.
Upon the closing of the above financing, the Company will also close the
conversion of the remaining $1,000,000 of convertible debentures held by
Aquilon Capital Corp. at a price of $0.75 per share. The Company will be debt
free upon the completion of this transaction.
