Total voting rights

STV Group plc ("STV") announces that, for the purposes of the provisions of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 50p each in issue as at the date of this notice is 36,719,135 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in STV is therefore 36,719,135.
