[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n31 May 2023\nStrix Group Plc\n(\"Strix\", the \"Group\" or the \"Company\")\nInvestor Site Visits\nStrix Group Plc (AIM:KETL), the AIM quoted global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of kettle safety controls and other complementary water temperature management components, announces a reconfirmation of its final dividend and also details of upcoming investor site visits taking place in July 2023.\n \nSite Visits\n \nIsle of Man Analyst and Investor Day\n \nStrix will host a site visit for analysts and investors at the Company's Head Office, located at Forrest House, Ronaldsway, Isle of Man IM9 2RG on Monday 3 July 2023.\n \nThe event will include a tour of the premises and factory from executive and divisional management, with a particular focus on the:\n- history of the business and the different divisions, including kettle controls, water and appliances\n- review of new products with demonstrations;\n- facility tour to show current process and future plans; and\n- Q&A.\n \nNo material new information will be provided at the event.\n \nAnalysts and investors wishing to attend this event please email [email protected].\n \n \nFarringdon Showroom Informal Open Day\n \nStrix will be hosting an informal opening of its new showroom on 11 July 2023 at 91 Turnmill Street, Farringdon, London, EC1M 5QU.\n \nThis will provide analysts and investors an opportunity to call in and chat on an informal basis with members of the Board and senior management, take a tour of the showroom, as well as seeing the range of products available within the water and appliances categories, including Billi products.\n \nInterested parties are welcome from 3pm, and attendees are invited to register by emailing [email protected].\n \n \nFinal Dividend\n \nAs capital allocation decisions prioritised debt reduction, the Board reconfirms its recommendation of a final dividend of 3.25 pence.
