The extension of the\nexpiry date of the Warrants by an additional 24 months was approved.\nThe Warrants were issued as part of a private placement which closed\non June 24, 2021, and accordingly the new expiry date for the Warrants\nis June 24, 2025. All other terms of the Warrants remain unchanged.\n \n \n \n \n A total of 740,000 Warrants are held by “related\nparties” to the Company.
