The initial focus of this first stage drill programme is\nto target down dip and along strike extents of the known high grade\nPontax Central outcrop with existing known shallow, high grade\nintercepts of up to 2.6% Li\n \n \n 2\n \n \n O\n \n \n from only\n \n \n 19.4m downhole.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Cygnus advised Stria that the initial-stage ground mapping and\nsampling has been completed around the main outcrop of the Pontax\nProject.\n \n \n The\n \n \n recently completed mapping and sampling\n \n \n campaign focussed on key\nareas identified from recent LiDAR, high definition aeromagnetics and\nhigh-resolution photomosaic. The initial results of this work have\nbeen highly encouraging leading to the discovery of new unmapped\npegmatites now identified and sampled with assay results expected\nmid-December. Landform analysis based on LiDAR has proven effective in\ntargeting area of potential nearly-outcropping occurrences\n \n \n that were entirely\n \n \n covered by vegetation\n \n \n (Figure\n3)\n \n \n .\n \n \n The team is in the process of\ninterpreting the results of the mapping and sampling campaign while\nresults from the assays are pending.
