Strattner Financial Group welcomes Prof. Pierre Bultez as the new Chief Governance & Risk Management Officer and Roberto Vergara as the new Chief Operating Officer for Europe. 


Dr. Bultez is a globally acclaimed expert in risk analytics, risk management and corporate governance. He has over 40 years of experience in international training and risk consulting in banking, finance and micro-finance sectors in 72 countries. He has been the advisor of 18 central banks worldwide, 14 governments. Dr. Bultez is also an international academician and holds visiting professorship in over 10 universities worldwide together with over 32 publications in the fields of risk analytics and financial governance.


Roberto Vergara has been the manager of the european office for TBS Capital Management and has now been promoted to COO for Europe. Mr. Vergara brings over 25 years of managerial experience in vaious industries and has been successfully managing our European private equity desk where he manages the day to day operations and relationships with institutional trading firms and investment banks.
