(\"Equicom\") to provide the Company with strategic investor relations and\nfinancial communications services.\nEquicom provides strategic communications services to more than 70\nCanadian public companies across a diverse range of industries. Uranium City\nwill pay Equicom a monthly retainer fee of $6,000 for select services. The\ninitial contract term is for 12 months. Equicom does not have an ownership\ninterest, directly or indirectly, in Uranium City or its securities. Equicom\nis an employee owned firm whose principals include Barry Hildred, President\nand Jason Hogan, Executive Vice President.\n\nAbout Uranium City\nUranium City has a portfolio of 10 uranium projects within the Uranium\nCity Mining District of Northern Saskatchewan, Canada.
