Kasner has resigned as\nPresident and Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the Corporation.\nMalcolm Bucholtz, a director of the Corporation, has been appointed as the\nPresident and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation, and Glenn Kasner has\nbeen appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation. These\nappointments are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange Inc.\n\n\nFrom 1986 to 2002, Mr. Bucholtz held positions of increasing\nresponsibility in the Canadian steel industry. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Bucholtz\nwas an Investment Advisor with Union Securities, an independent Canadian\nbrokerage firm. Mr. Bucholtz was appointed as Vice-President - Investor\nRelations of the Corporation in 2007, and was appointed as a director of the\nCorporation in June, 2008.\n\n\nSince 1998, Glenn Kasner has been the President of Chief Executive\nOfficer of RJK Explorations Ltd., a mineral exploration company engaged in the\nacquisition, exploration and development of early stage mineral resource\nproperties.\n\n\nAbout Uranium City Resources\n\n\nUranium City Resources (UCR) is a Canadian based junior exploration\ncompany focused on Uranium exploration in the Uranium City Mining District of\nnorthern Saskatchewan and also in north-central Newfoundland.
