("Strategic" or "the Corporation"), is pleased to provide the following update on its Gallinas Mountains\n REE project in Lincoln County, New Mexico:\n\n\nStrategic Resources is pleased and encouraged with the outcome of\n metallurgical testing on Fluorite/REE bearing rock samples taken from\n its mineral claims in the Gallinas Mountains. The results of this bench\n scale study completed by the Montana School of Mines indicate that\n Fluorite and REE mineralization can be liberated by crushing and\n grinding to between 150 and 200 mesh size. This study further indicates\n that Fluorite and REE product steams can be separated and recovered\n effectively by the use of a Wilfley gravity table. These favorable\n metallurgical observations align extremely well with findings from\n various laboratory studies undertaken by the US Bureau of Mines dating\n back to 1946.\n\n\nOnce drilling commences on the Gallinas Mountains project, Strategic\n Resources plans to arrange for additional bench-scale studies using\n material taken from drill core. These additional studies will further\n investigate the metallurgy of various gravity separation parameters and\n will also investigate the metallurgy of flotation techniques using\n parameters and reagents noted in various US Bureau of Mines reports.\n\n\nThe New Mexico Institute of Mining and Tec...
