("Strategic") has now completed a 5 hole drilling program on its joint venture Baca\n Uranium project located in Catron County, New Mexico (see press release\n of Mar 2, 2011).\n\n\nIn total 1027 feet of core drilling was carried out. Drill holes were\n probed by Century Geophysical of Tulsa, Oklahoma.\n\n\nTwo of the drilled holes encountered mineralization at depths of less\n than 80 feet.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHole\n\n\nFrom (feet)\n\n\nTo (feet)\n\n\nInterval (Feet)\n\n\n% eU3O8\n\n\n\n\n16\n\n\n72.5\n\n\n74.5\n\n\n2\n\n\n0.011\n\n\n\n\n19\n\n\n33\n\n\n35\n\n\n2\n\n\n0.014\n\n\n\n\nThis drilling program demonstrates that mineralization does occur at the\n contact of an oxidized paleosol and the underlying Crevasse Canyon\n shale formation as inferred by Dr. R. Chamberlain (New Mexico Bureau of\n Mines, 1981) in his exploration model for the area.\n\n\nThe map contained within this press release (http://files.newswire.ca/973/Baca.pdf) illustrates that this contact zone deepens on a southerly trend.\n\n\nIn keeping with the Chamberlain model, Strategic Resources believes that\n uranium mineralization in a roll front type formation has moved downdip\n further into the regional basin structure that characterizes the\n project area. Future exploration activity should focus on drill targets\n located further into this basin struct...
