Mr.\n Clema, a resident of Santa Fe, New Mexico, is a geologist with over 40\n years experience in the mining industry in both the USA and Australia.\n Mr. Clema is a graduate of the University of Nebraska and Northeast\n Louisiana University. This appointment is subject to final regulatory\n and TSX Venture Exchange approvals.\n\n\nIn related news, the Company has granted an additional 100,000 options\n to Anthony Kovschak, a director of the Company.
