Strategic Resources Announces Extension of Warrants

TORONTO, Dec. 11, 2012 /CNW/ - Strategic Resources Inc. ("Strategic" or "the Company"), wishes to announce that it will make an application to further extend the exercise dates of 2,700,000 warrants exercisable currently until January 7, 2013 at $0.10 per share issued pursuant to a private placement which closed on January 7, 2010. The warrants expiry dates will be extended for one year from their existing date. There has been no change to the warrants' exercise price of $0.10.
