(\"Strategic\") is pleased to advise that its permitting efforts for a phase #2 drilling\n program at its Gallinas Mountains REE project in New Mexico are finally\n moving forward again after a lengthy delay at the USFS. A field visit\n was conducted to the project area on August 15th with the USFS. Minor modifications to the route of ingress to drill pad\n locations have been suggested. Strategic Resources has now agreed to\n these modifications.\n\n\nIn related news, New Mexico School of Mines M.Sc. candidate Zach Vance\n has now completed his thesis project which focused on the Gallinas\n Mountains. His work concluded that the REE mineralization at\n Strategic's project area is related to a carbonatite source at depth.\n This academic study is an additional interpretation that the Gallinas\n Mountains overlie a carbonatite magma source at depth. This study\n further strengthens the case proposed by R.
