[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n2 May 2025\nStrategic Minerals Plc\n(\"Strategic Minerals\" or the \"Company\")\n \nResult of General Meeting\n \nStrategic Minerals plc (AIM: SML; USOTC: SMCDF), an international mineral exploration and production company, is pleased to announce that at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today, the special resolution to approve the issue and allotment of the 333,333,333 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company (the \"Placing Shares\") pursuant to the placing announced on 16 April 2025 was duly passed.\n \nProxy voting results\n \n\n\n\n\nFor\n\n\n%\n\n\nAgainst\n\n\n%\n\n\nWithheld\n\n\nTotal Cast\n\n\n\n\n485,169,875\n\n\n99.48%\n\n\n2,527,575\n\n\n0.52%\n\n\n8,667,190\n\n\n496,364,640\n\n\n\n\n \n \nAdmission and Total Voting Rights\n \nApplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 333,333,333 Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"). Each of these shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares. Admission is expected to occur and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 6 May 2025.\n \nFollowing Admission, the total number of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company in issue will be 2,349,297,949 with voting rights.
