[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9584B Strategic Minerals PLC 09 April 2013 \n \n\n9 April 2013\nStrategic Minerals Plc\n(\"Strategic Minerals\" or the \"Company\")\nExercise of Warrants, Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights\n \nStrategic Minerals Plc (AIM: SML; USOTC: SMCDY), the magnetite iron ore producer and exploration company, announces that it has received notice of the exercise of warrants (\"Warrant Exercise\") from Mr Thomas Knifton to subscribe to 3,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each (\"New Ordinary Shares\") in the Company at the exercise price of 0.1 pence per ordinary share. The New Ordinary Shares represent all of the warrants granted to Mr Thomas Knifton under the Warrant Instrument of 11 March 2011.\n \nApplication will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings are expected to commence on 16 April 2013.\n \nFollowing the Warrant Exercise, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 553,825,560.
