[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 3894L Strategic Minerals PLC 29 July 2011 \n \n\n29 July 2011\nStrategic Minerals plc\n(\"Strategic Minerals\" or the \"Company\")\n \nExercise of Warrants\n \nStrategic Minerals plc (AIM: SML), the Queensland based minerals exploration Company, announces that Allenby Capital Limited has today exercised warrants to acquire 500,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company (the \"Warrant Shares\"). The exercise price was 5 pence per Warrant Share, raising a total of £25,000 for the Company. These warrants were issued to Allenby Capital Limited pursuant to a warrant agreement dated and announced on 30 June 2011 (the \"Warrant Instrument\").\n \nApplication will be made for the Warrant Shares, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"). It is expected that admission will be effective and that dealings in the Warrant Shares will commence on or around 04 August 2011.\n \nFollowing the issue of the Warrant Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will be 297,880,539 ordinary shares of 0.1p each.
