(Nasdaq: STOK), a biotechnology company pioneering a new way to treat the underlying cause of genetic diseases by precisely upregulating protein expression, today announced the closing of its underwritten public offering of 2,875,000 shares of its common stock, including 375,000 shares sold upon full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares, at a price to the public of $39.00 per share. The net proceeds from the offering were approximately $105.1 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses.\n\nJ.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Cowen and Company, LLC, and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC acted as joint book-running managers in the offering.
