Stockland has officially opened Stockland Sienna Wood Town Centre in Western Australia - an investment of around $60 million - delivering a new neighbourhood retail and services hub for the growing Sienna Wood community.
Spanning approximately 7,500 square metres, the new town centre features a full-line Woolworths supermarket, around 15 specialty shops including dining options, a medical centre, and a Nido Early School childcare centre, providing everyday convenience and essential services close to home.
Stockland Executive General Manager, Town Centres, Marco Ettorre, said the opening of the Sienna Wood town centre marked a significant milestone for the growing community.
"We are focused on delivering essentials-based town centres within our masterplanned communities to support day-to-day living and make life easier for our residents," Mr Ettorre said.
"Stockland Sienna Wood brings together a full-line supermarket, health services, childcare and a mix of specialty retailers and dining options that cater to the everyday needs of local residents.
"Importantly, this town centre has been designed as a place to connect - supporting local jobs and services, while strengthening the sense of community as Sienna Wood continues to grow."
Planning and Lands Minister John Carey said the Cook Labor Government had, through DevelopmentWA, partnered with Stockland to deliver the Sienna Wood estate.
"Our Government continues to partner with industry to unlock land for new housing to meet the demand of Western Australia's growing population," Mr Carey said.

City of Armadale Mayor Ruth Butterfield said: "Stockland Sienna Wood Town Centre demonstrates how thoughtful planning can support a growing community, bringing essential services, local jobs and welcoming spaces closer to home."
"As Armadale continues to grow, it's important that our neighbourhoods grow with it, creating places where people can connect, access what they need and feel proud of where they live," Ms Butterfield said.
Woolworths Sienna Wood Store Manager Clay Havelberg said: "We are incredibly proud to officially open our doors and join the new Stockland Sienna Wood Town Centre. Our team has put in an immense amount of effort behind the scenes to prepare the store for our first customers.
"We look forward to welcoming the local community in-store and providing them with a fantastic shopping experience," Mr Havelberg said.
To mark the official opening of the Sienna Wood town centre a Community Celebration Day will take place on Saturday 9 May. A series of entertainment, giveaways, competitions, children's activities, and product sampling took place.
