StereoVision Provides Updated Summary on Eco Allies.

About this update from Stereo Vision Entertainment, Inc.
[{"type":"text","content":"Eco Allies® (EA) is a for-profit Nevada Benefit corporation and a StereoVision control share subsidiary. With specialized products, EA is pursuing opportunities in Ecological Restoration and Preservation (ERP) to the benefit of the planet and our shareholders. EA is the majority co-venturer in planned biochar J/V facilities in northern Florida and in southwestern Mexico giving close access to major shipping for exports to Europe and Asia. The two Eco Allies® branded biochar facilities are to serve multiple identified markets. With its numerous attributes, biochar can improve materials, or be used as-made. Some examples are wastewater treatment, red tide elimination, methane-reducing animal feed additive, soil amendment, and cement strengthener. First made many centuries ago, the J/v's efficient methodologies produce the world's best biochar. Biochar, being a high-margin product with strong demand means each facility would generate approximately $18,000,000 in annual net income - just from biochar. Income from carbon credit sales, etc. is also available.EA’s co-venturer is BioChar Now, LLC (BN). BN holds multiple biochar patents and has produced biochar at its Colorado facility for over 10 years. It has USDA and EPA approvals, as will Eco Allies® biochar. BN’s CEO sits on EA’s Board of Directors. BN brings award winning know-how and operations skills. It also brings a large needs customer, Dasco Inc. Its Southern Georgia plant needs 12,000,000 lbs. of Florida’s annual production. Each facility has a 19,000,000 lb. annual output. The Mexico facility will produce biochar for Mexico and for export. Mexico’s facility will be a direct provider of local jobs as well as jobs elsewhere in Mexico. The original plan was for 120 kilns, but demand required change. It takes 9 to 12 months to reach full capacity. Revenue starts 1 month after kilns arrive. They will arrive monthly to reach 180. Employees need no special skills. A BN trained manager will oversee operations. Each kiln’s BN patented controller is set so the biochar meets the exact specifications for its useThis project encompasses EA’s SuperGreenTrees™ (SGT) either as a biochar raw material source or for other use. EA would co-venture on, acquire, or lease, land, and own the kilns. Each acre of land can produce 300 fully grown SGTs in 7 years with earlier harvests if/as needed. A 1...
